THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've tested it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is shoddy, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd purchased something usable instead.
